NEW – WEEKLY FITNESS CLASS!
Wednesdays starting June 7th, join us for Fitness Boot Camp at BSTC. This class will be a combination of cardio, strength, balance, core and flexibility work. Designed by Tennyson Gilpatrick, a physical therapist who is also a personal trainer, the class will be tailored to fit all fitness levels. Tennyson will address some of the most common weaknesses found in the body and incorporate appropriate exercises within class to help improve postural balance and overall strength for all recreational activities.
Cost: $15 member/$20 nonmember per class. 4 session package cost is $55 for members/$75 for nonmembers. Emil us at email@example.com to have package pricing applied.
There is a 10 person minimum for the class to be held, so make sure you register! Reference our Registration page for information on logging in prior to signing up for any classes.

Classes are taught by Tennyson Gilpatrick. Tennyson is from Sheridan, WY but moved here after graduation from Creighton University where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. Tennyson is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified personal trainer through the NSCA since 2011. She played collegiate basketball for Montana State University and enjoys watching and participating in sporting activities. Tennyson’s hobbies include traveling, working out and spending time her friends and family to include her husband, T.Jay and two daughters Paige and Reece.
