Junior Competitive Tennis

This year-round, competitive tennis program serves all junior players by developing knowledge, skill, competitiveness, and – most of all – enjoyment of tennis. Modeled after the most successful academies and collegiate programs around the world, we stress teamwork, dedication, effort and camaraderie. Teams practice together multiple times weekly and teammates compete individually at tournaments with the support of their families, friends, coaches and teammates.

We simply practice and compete as a team, with each player receiving individualized training at their own pace to enhance their enjoyment and success in tennis on the way to their unique goals.

Philosophies

  • Health. Tennis is a life-long activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
  • Self-Improvement. Tennis allows players to challenge themselves physically and mentally; to learn important concepts such as commitment, work ethic, goal-setting, and to respect others. Together these build self-confidence and instill fundamental skills which will serve them beyond the courts.
  • Teamwork. With respect for individual strengths and weaknesses, we create a positive, supportive environment in which players push each other to succeed and reach their potential.
  • Long-Term Partnership. Athletes do not reach their potential overnight nor by themselves. It takes time, dedication, and the support of many. We provide direction and a proven path for young athletes to efficiently and successfully reach their potential.
  • Our Goals. It is our mission to introduce tennis, and specifically competitive tennis, to individuals who might not otherwise have the opportunity. In addition, we intend to provide opportunity and direction to empower young players to reach their full potential – be it as a competitive junior, high school, collegiate, or professional tennis player – and to simply have fun
with the sport for a lifetime.
