BSTC offers a wide range of adult tennis programs. Descriptions of the programs offered are listed below.

Spanish Feeding Drills: This is a drill for players of all levels and utilizes the Spanish Feeding Methodology to take footwork and movement to the next level for any player. Players will run through common movement patterns for both singles and doubles with the intention of improving footwork and becoming more efficient. This is a great drill to attend in combination with any of our other drills or on match day to prime your movement.
Stroke of the Week: The stroke of the week drill is designed to address a specific stroke or strokes each week. Group sizes will be small in order to deliver private lesson level attention to stroke mechanics in the group setting. This is a great drill to attend in combination with any of our other drills. Tennis Express: Tennis Express is designed to get beginner adults rallying and playing the game of tennis from the moment they pick up a racket. We utilize modified tennis balls and size of court to ensure that players learn proper technique right from the get-go. Start with Tennis Express 1, and progress through Tennis Express 2 and 3. This is a great class to sign up for with a friend!
