RELAX THIS SUMMER WITH OUTDOOR YOGA!

Starting July 19th, 2017, Broomfield Swim and Tennis Club will be holding yoga classes only on Wednesdays. All levels are welcome to attend the vinyasa flow yoga classes. We will focus on fundamental postures, breath and movement to increase flexibility and muscle tone while gaining calmness and overall body awareness.

Classes are BYOM (bring your own mat). We will have a limited supply of mats on hand to borrow.

Cost: $5 member/$7 nonmember per class. Pay as you go – you must sign up class by class.  Reference our Registration page for information on logging in prior to signing up for any classes.

Classes are taught by Deanne Kasic. Deanne has been passionate about yoga and its healing powers for the last eight years. Having been exposed to many different styles of yoga, she decided it was time to become a yoga teacher and share her appreciation with others. She completed the Power Yoga Teacher Training and Extensions program with CorePower Yoga in Boulder last year. She has her 200 hour certification and is currently teaching private yoga lessons. As a dedicated yoga teacher, she strives to make yoga accessible to every student by creating a safe environment and by making yoga fun.
